Health promotion of the university:
Since 2011 the university has the project “Healthy Campus”. They offer sports activities, a course for smoking cessation, presentations about health and also workshops for stress reduction. The actions of health promotion aimed at being active, reduce stress and eat healthy and to implement a healthy way of life. The project is also evaluated, so the health promoting could always be improved and adapt. The results are also published. There is also the focus group “Studying healthy at the university Bonn” to develop a health management for students.
