Building on the great momentum of their celebration of International University Sport Day (September 20th), Trinity Sport is kicking off EWOS with loads of free fitness classes and health checks to inspire her campus to #BeActive!
The high-energy classes range from cycling to kettlebells, from strength training to Boot Camp. The focus lies on the no-frills, no-excuses approach to fitness that we know Trinity for: get stuck in, get sweaty and get smiling!
In addition to the classes, Trinity Sport will be performing health checks for respiration, flexibility and body composition.
